- Recommended Vaccines for Healthcare Workers
Vaccines required for students of medical faculties, dentistry faculties, nurse/midwifery training schools, health vocational colleges, etc., all health workers (including military health personnel) in contact with patients and patient extracts, cleaning staff working in health institutions, 112 emergency health services personnel, National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE) personnel working in emergencies, disasters and extraordinary situations, and other employees, including personnel working in emergency health vehicles

- Meningococcus (for laboratory personnel working with meningococcus in microbiology laboratory)

Healthcare workers in this group should be vaccinated in accordance with the healthcare worker vaccination scheme. In addition, all adults should be vaccinated in accordance with the recommended adult vaccinations.

Because of the increased risk of hepatitis B disease, people outside the professions listed above should also be vaccinated against hepatitis B.
